Gareth Williams
MUSICIAN-THERAPIST

I’ve worked as a counsellor, psychotherapist, and supervisor for over 25 years. Rooted in person-centred counselling, transpersonal psychology, mindfulness, compassion, and pluralism, I have what could be described as a humanistic experiential approach to therapy.
Alongside this, I’m also a producer, songwriter, and musician — weaving sound and song as a way of exploring and expressing the healing process.
For me, these two paths — therapy and music — nourish one another. Both draw from the same well — creativity, presence, and a trust in what can unfold when we listen.
