I’m a counsellor, psychotherapist, and supervisor with over 25 years’ experience, rooted in mindfulness, compassion, and a pluralistic, humanistic approach.
Alongside this, I’m also a producer, songwriter, and musician — weaving sound and song as a way of exploring and expressing the healing process.
These two paths — therapy and music — nourish one another. Both draw from the same well: creativity, presence, and a deep trust in what unfolds when we truly listen.
